Returns Policy

I take great care to ensure that each of my items is as accurately described and photographed as possible. Every single order is individually fulfilled and personalised by me, making every item imperfectly perfect (the charm of buying handmade from a small business).

However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I take great pride in ensuring I deliver the best customer service I possibly can.

You have up to 7 days from placing your order, to change your mind and/or cancel the order. After this time, orders will already be in production and only items which are not personalised will be able to be changed / cancelled. Should you wish to cancel after your order has already been dispatched, the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned goods (in as new condition) a refund will be issued within 5 working days.

In the unfortunate circumstance that an item may arrive damaged, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving it and hopefully we can work together to find a suitable resolution. Photographic evidence will be required and original packaging should be retained should this occur, as it will allow me to address the issue with the relevant postal service.
